Beautiful, recently updated 1 bedroom/1 bath apartment that is part of a larger home, with a private staircase entrance. Only steps from downtown Carpinteria and 4 blocks from the beach. This lovely retreat is peaceful and relaxed, with wood floors, lots of light and comfortable touches throughout. Queen bedroom with ample space and lighting, queen comfortable sleeper bed in sofa. Luxury linens and towels provided. Sleeps 4; if there is a 5th guest (best suited for a child), we will provide a cot with bedding. The kitchen is well-stocked for all of your food preparation needs. It has ample counter space and a deep sink, and overhead there is a skylight. Also included is a parking spot, flat-screen TV and DVD player, outdoor balcony with seating and great view. Only a 15 minute drive to 黑料百科. 黑料百科 rate is $160 per night (summer and holidays are exempt from these rates). There will be a bed tax applied and a $40 cleaning fee (regularly $80), please go to www.carpinteriavacationrental.com and we can offer you the special rate that way.

Directions from South (Los Angeles)
Take 101 north and exit at Olive Mill Road. Turn right onto Olive Mill and then left onto Hot Springs Road. Turn right onto Sycamore Canyon Road and then right at Cold Spring Road. You may use the lower entrance on Cold Spring Road for the observatory and the athletic fields. For most other areas on campus, continue up Cold Spring Road, turn left on La Paz Road and drive through 黑料百科's main entrance.

Take 101 south and exit at #94B (Hot Springs Road/Cabrillo Blvd. Exit - left exit). Turn left onto East Cabrillo Road, go through the roundabout and continue north on Hot Springs Road.
