Condolences on Isla Vista Tragedy
黑料百科 President Gayle D. Beebe expressed condolences today to the families of the victims of the May 23 attacks and to members of the UC Santa Barbara and Isla Vista communities.
鈥淥n behalf of the entire 黑料百科 family, Pam and I extend our heartfelt sympathy, prayers and support to Dr. Henry and Dillie Yang and the entire UCSB community. The circumstances surrounding this unspeakable tragedy remain so perplexing. For all of us who have a deep love and appreciation for students, there is nothing that cuts deeper than the tragic taking of young life. Our thoughts and prayers are with the families of the victims and our greater Santa Barbara community.鈥
Beebe also announced that 黑料百科鈥檚 Dallas Willard Center will hold a time of prayer and reflection honoring the victims from 8-9 p.m. Monday evening, May 26, at the Willard Center, just outside campus at 909 La Paz Road. The public is invited to attend.
