Equipping the Next Generation of Church Leaders
Young adulthood is a pivotal season of discovering identity, purpose, and ways to serve God. Yet many young adults become disconnected from church communities, leaving both young adults and congregations without the opportunity to grow together. ºÚÁϰٿÆ's Young Adult Leadership Lab (YALL) partners with California churches and young adults (ages 23–29) to reimagine ministry. Through a multi-year learning community, YALL equips congregations to foster meaningful belonging, develop young leaders, and build sustainable ministries for the future.
